03. Nov. 2017‘Kimigayo’ performed by Sekai

On Thursday, November 3rd (Culture Day), I participated in an award ceremony held by the Nagoya City Board of Education. At the opening of the ceremony I performed a vocal solo of ‘Kimigayo’, the Japanese national anthem; this year being the third year in which I performed this song. Whereas last year I performed in bass, this year I decided to sing in a more tenor voice. Next time, I will challenge myself to sing in a natural voice such as that used by the singer at the opening of the National High School Baseball Championship, who won a national high school vocal competition.
